Article 1: Fields of application

These general conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any purchase of hotel room reservation services and related services (the services) offered by the hotel to consumers and non-professional customers (customers or customer) on the hotel’s website. The main features of the services are presented on the website. The customer is obliged to read it before making any reservation. The choice and purchase of a service is the customer’s sole responsibility.

Article 2: Reservation

It is recommended to anyone wishing to stay at the hotel to book in advance and obtain the agreement of the hotelier. You can find the description of the rooms and the establishment on the website or verbal explanations when requesting information. At the time of booking the customer must communicate his complete credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation and guarantee the payment of the sums corresponding to the services consumed on site (the credit card must be valid until the end date of the stay).
The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization of the credit card and a deposit before the arrival date.

For the periods March 15 to April 30 and October 1 to November 15:
The guest must pay in advance the total amount of the nights 6 days before arrival.
For the period May 1 to September 30:
The guest must pay in advance the total amount of the nights 20 days before arrival.


Article 3: Cancellation / modification of reservation and commitment

For the periods March 15 to April 30 and October 1 to November 15:
Free cancellation 7 days before arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable at – 6 days from arrival date.
For the period May 1 to September 30:
Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival. Deposit is non-refundable at – 20 days from arrival date.

For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms within an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Client is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be provided on a specified date or period.

In case of reduction of the number of nights: the total amount of the initial stay will be charged.
Delays on arrival or early departures cannot in any case give rise to a refund. In case of no show, the hotel requires 100% of the stay and will have the opportunity to rebook the room.
In case of modification during the stay the hotel requires 100% of the stay.
In case of booking of several rooms by one person, all the rooms are due by the person who booked, even if there is only one credit card as a guarantee.

The hotelier may rebook a room without delay under the following conditions:
• Cancellation by the customer.
• Modification of the booking by the customer.
• No customer introduction.
• Customer error in booking, dates, room quantity or room type.

Article 4: Payment

The provision of services is payable no later than the day of departure. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. It is also possible to pay by holiday vouchers or cash limited to 1000 € according to French law. The Monetary and Financial Code, our establishment cannot accept cash payments of more than 1000€ for each invoice. Payment by credit card is made with the same card that was used for the reservation. The establishment may also ask to present an identity document for the purpose of preventing credit card fraud.
Due to the increase in cheque fraud, we no longer accept bank cheques.
Pursuant to Article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot object to the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.
Any customer whose stay is more than a week, the customer must come to pay his balance each week.
Please inform the reception in advance if you want specifics for your invoice because after registering your reservation any modification is impossible.

Article 5: Tourist tax

The tourist tax is never included in the price of the reservation. It is valid in the municipality and payable on site 1.50 € per adult per night. Free for children up to 18 years not included. Amount subject to any modification by the municipal authorities and modifiable without notice.



Article 6: Access to rooms, departure and arrival

On arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the guest cannot demand to occupy the room before 3:30 pm
Check-in is between 15:30 and 22:00, after 22:00, the customer is required to inform the hotel in order to prepare his late arrival.
A bank print and ID will be requested by the property upon arrival.
The night rental ends at 11:00, regardless of the time of arrival of the customer, at the risk of being charged an additional night at the rate in force.
Access to the room is reserved exclusively for hotel guests who have booked the room. Any person who is not familiar with this reservation must make himself known to the reception and does not give him the right to sleep in the room and use the pool and the SPA area. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the hotelier reserves the right to exclude non-residents.
At the time of departure, the guest must return the key to his room at reception. He is forbidden to take any object belonging to the hotel: he must warn the hotelier if he notices a mistake and send it back, otherwise he will be charged.

The swimming pool (free access) and the SPA area (paid access) are reserved exclusively for hotel guests with a room in the hotel and not for their companions.
Upon departure at 11:00 am, the customer will no longer be able to enjoy these spaces.

Article 7: Children and extra beds

It is mandatory to indicate at the reservation the babies or children present in the accommodation
The maximum number of cot in room is equal to one, for an additional fee and only in rooms where the capacity is 20m².
For breakfasts, the child rate will only be applied if the child is under 10 years old on presentation of an identity document on arrival.

Article 8: Pets

Pets (dogs only) are allowed and must be indicated when booking with a supplement after agreement of the hotelier. We only allow one pet per room.
Guide dogs are allowed free of charge with the prior agreement of the hotelier.
A pet is the responsibility of the tenant of the room. It is forbidden to leave it unattended in the room.
Any damage, caused voluntarily or involuntarily, must be paid by the tenant of the room.

For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining room (breakfast and dinner) and aquatic areas (pool, spa).

Article 9: Damage and nuisances

The guest must use the room rented as a good father.
We remind you that these are not apartments with kitchen and that the sinks are not sinks.
The rooms available to our guests are checked, functional and in good condition. Our guests are invited to report any shortcomings immediately to the hotel reception.

For any consumption or food (bottles, pizza boxes etc.) purchased outside the hotel and consumed in the room you are asked to evacuate your waste by your own care.

An extra cleaning fee will be charged depending on the condition of the room.

In case of problem, the customer will have to incur his civil liability.

In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement. It is the same for any violation found after the departure of the customer, the amount of compensation will be charged to the customer’s card.
The hotel may require in the event of voluntary or involuntary damage of equipment, objects, furniture belonging to the hotel the full refund with a penalty and damage of € 1,000 to € 2,000 in addition.

 In general, the guest will have to pay the damage directly to the hotel. He can use his insurance (if he wants to be reimbursed) for all the voluntary or involuntary damages he will cause during his stay.
All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to claim the amount of one night for an additional cleaning fee from the guest who smokes in his room. If the guest continues to smoke inside or outside the indicated areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
In case of noise and neighborhood nuisance, the rowdy will be excluded from the hotel and will have to compensate the rooms impacted by this inconvenience.

In case of non-compliance with the internal rules of the hotel (searchable in room directory) the customer will be invited to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of consumption not declared at departure as well as damage to the room. This amount will be deducted from the bank statement provided at the time of booking. The hotel has no obligation to inform the guest but can provide an invoice on request.

Article 10: Complaint

Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier.
After entering the service and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may contact the mediator of Tourism and Travel free of charge, whose contact details and methods of entry are available on his website: www.mtv.travel .

Article 11: Forgotten Cases

The objects left or abandoned, can be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896. If the customer requests the return of his belongings by parcel or mail, the one if will be mandatory with tracking and insurance for valuables. The shipment will be made after payment by the customer of the shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, the shoes will not be kept.

Article 12: Europa’s commitments and liability

Europa undertakes, as part of an obligation of means, to provide access to the Site and the Services offered in accordance with the General Conditions and to act diligently and competently and make every effort, within a reasonable limit, to remedy any malfunction brought to its attention.
Europa may, however, be obliged to temporarily suspend the Site without notice, in particular for technical maintenance reasons, without this resulting in its responsibility.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that Europa cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage linked to the use of the Internet, including, without this list being exhaustive: – the incorrect transmission and / or reception of any data and / or information on the Internet; – the failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines; – any malfunction of the Internet preventing the proper functioning of the Site and / or the reservation of the Services.

Article 13: Acceptance of the rules and general conditions of sale

The rules of the hotel apply to all bookings. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the rules of the Hotel. Failure to comply with the above provisions shall result in the immediate termination of the contract.
