Article 1: Reservation
It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at the hotel make reservations in advance and obtain the hotel’s agreement. When making any reservation, the customer must pay a deposit or a credit card number. The hotel contract is deemed to have been concluded after the agreement between the parties. The reservations made on our site are effective after the debit of the reservation costs. In case of rejection the hotel may cancel this reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards and deposit prior to arrival.
The amount of the deposit varies depending on the length of stay. The equivalent of the first night will be charged for stays of less than 4 days or 25% of the total for stays of 4 days or more.
Article 2: Payment
The accommodation service is payable no later than the day of departure. We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express. It is also possible to pay by bank check, holiday check or cash.
By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.
A credit card number will be required as a guarantee. The room rate is established by the day. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the client subject to legal proceedings for the settlement of their due. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be attributed to the President of the Civil Court of GAP.
In the event that you cannot provide us with this document, we will be forced not to accede to your room rental request.
Any customer whose stay is more than a week must pay their balance every week.
Article 3: Tourist tax
The tourist tax is never included in the price of the reservation. It is in force in the town and payable locally 1.10 € per adult per night. Free for children under 18
Article 4: Deposit and withdrawal periods
Upon receipt of your booking confirmation and the GTC, we allow you 24 hours. Then, we will proceed to the removal of one night to definitively confirm your reservation.
For stays longer than 4 days, we will charge approximately 30% of the stay.
Article 5: Cancellation / modification of reservation and commitment
In the event of modification or cancellation of a reservation, all customers are required to notify 30 days before. Failure by the customer to notify within the above deadlines, the deposit will remain acquired at the hotel. Any rental started is due in full. Late arrivals or early departures cannot in any case give rise to a refund. In case of no show, the hotel requires 100% of the stay and will be able to re-let the room. In case of modification during the stay the hotel requires 100% of the stay. The hotel owner can re-let a room without delay under the following conditions:
• Cancellation by the client.
• Modification of the reservation by the client.
• Failure to present the client.
• Error by the client when booking, on the dates, the quantity of rooms or the type of room.
Article 6: Access to rooms, departure and arrival
Upon arrival, unless the hotel manager agrees, the client cannot demand to occupy the room before 3.30 p.m.
A bank imprint will be requested by the establishment upon arrival.
Night rental ends at 11:30 a.m., regardless of the customer’s arrival time, at the risk of being billed for an additional night.
At the time of his departure, the client must give the key to his room at the reception. He is prohibited from taking any object belonging to the hotel: he must notify the hotelier if he realizes a mistake and send it back, under penalty of seeing the object charged to him. . Please note, in case of departure beyond the agreed time, an additional night will be charged at the current rate
Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make their identity known and that of those accompanying them.
Article 7: Children and extra beds
One child under 2 is free. An extra bed costs 12 € per night for children under 12.
For breakfasts and half-board, the child rate will only be applied if the child is under 12 years old at the time of booking.
The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
Article 8: Pets
Pets are allowed with a supplement of € 9.00 / night after agreement from the hotel, otherwise, access to the hotel may be prohibited.
Guide dogs for the blind are admitted free of charge with the prior agreement of the hotel.
A pet is the responsibility of the tenant of the room. It is forbidden to leave it unattended in the room.
Any damage, caused voluntarily or involuntarily, must be paid by the tenant of the room.
For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed in the dining room.
Article 9: Degradation
The client must use the rented room as a good father.
The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to report any breach immediately to the hotel reception.
In the event of a problem, the client must incur civil liability. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the customer for the cost of repair or replacement. It is the same for any violation noted after the departure of the customer, the amount of compensation will be charged to the customer’s card.
The hotel may require in the event of voluntary or involuntary damage to the equipment, objects or furniture belonging to the hotel, full reimbursement with a penalty and damage of € 1,000 to € 2,000.
The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition which will be considered unsuitable. In case of deterioration of carpet, bedding, box spring, the hotel will require reimbursement of damage with a minimum fee of € 1000 for restoration and not to be able to re-let the rooms.
In general, the customer will have to settle the damages caused directly to the hotel. He can call on his insurance (if he wishes to be reimbursed) for any voluntary or involuntary damage that he will cause during his stay. All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to claim the amount of one night’s accommodation for additional cleaning costs from guests who smoke in their room. If the client wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the indicated areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
In the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations (available on site), the customer will be invited to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the amount of consumption not declared at departure as well as damage to the room. This amount will be taken from the bank imprint provided upon booking. The hotel will have no obligation to notify the client, but can provide an invoice upon request.
Article 10: Complaint
Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier.
Article 11: Forgotten business
Objects left or abandoned, may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896. If the customer requests the return of his business by parcel or mail, that if must be done with tracking and insurance for valuables . The shipment will be made after payment by the customer of the shipping costs.
Article 12: Europa’s commitments and liability
Europa undertakes, as part of an obligation of means, to provide access to the Site and the Services offered in accordance with the General Conditions and to act diligently and competently and make every effort, within a reasonable limit, to remedy any malfunction brought to its attention.
Europa may, however, be obliged to temporarily suspend the Site without notice, in particular for technical maintenance reasons, without this resulting in its responsibility.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that Europa cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage linked to the use of the Internet, including, without this list being exhaustive: – the incorrect transmission and / or reception of any data and / or information on the Internet; – the failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines; – any malfunction of the Internet preventing the proper functioning of the Site and / or the reservation of the Services.
Article 13: Acceptance of the rules and general conditions of sale
The hotel’s internal rules apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and internal rules of the Hotel. Failure to comply with the above provisions results in the immediate termination of the contract.
Article 14: Long stays
In order to facilitate the payment of people on long stays, we ask you to pay 20 of the total amount at the time of booking, then 20% also 15 days before arrival and the balance will be made on site. We also ask customers with long stays to come and pay their balance every week.
Article 15: Cash payments
According to the Monetary and Financial Code, our establishment cannot accept cash payments of more than € 1,000 for each invoice.
IN THE EVENT OF THE CUSTOMER’S NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTELMAN WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IN THE INSTANT, WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY.
